Today, he is dialysis-dependent and waiting for a kidney transplant. But he refused to let this define him. Instead, him and his mates have set a bold challenge: to break the world record for the fastest marathon run by a dialysis patient. Yes, you read that right. While most people on dialysis are told to slow down, Cam has chosen to speed up, literally.

This isn’t just about him. It’s about showing what’s possible when you refuse to be limited by circumstance. It’s about raising awareness for kidney disease, vasculitis, and the thousands of people who live with chronic illness every day.
